Abstract
A wine bottle frame comprises a frame body formed by bending one metal rod; two lower connecting rods formed at bottoms of two ends of the frame body; each lower connecting rod extended with a front supporting rod and a rear supporting rod; an upper connecting rod connected between the two front supporting rod and another upper connecting rod connected between the two rear supporting rods; the upper connecting rods being bended to have a wave-like shape so as to formed with a plurality of recesses for receiving wine bottles; each connection of the upper connecting rod and the front supporting rod having a respective cambered recess; each connection of the upper connecting rod and the rear supporting rod having a respective cambered recess; and four protrusions formed on the upper connecting rods; each protrusion being adjacent to one respective cambered recess.
Description
- The present invention relates to wine bottle frames, and particular to a wine bottle frame, wherein a plurality of wine bottle frames can be assembled or detached.
- In the prior art, the prior art wine bottle is formed by wood strips or metal strips. The wood strips are assembled by nailing or using tenons, or the metal strips are welded so as to form a fixed structure which can not be changed to suit the requirement of environment. Moreover, it is often the wine bottle frame occupies a larger space, but only finite numbers of wine bottles are placed.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a wine bottle frame comprises a frame body formed by bending one metal rod; two lower connecting rods formed at bottoms of two ends of the frame body; each lower connecting rod extended with a front supporting rod and a rear supporting rod; an upper connecting rod connected between the two front supporting rod and another upper connecting rod connected between the two rear supporting rods; the upper connecting rods being bended to have a wave-like shape so as to formed with a plurality of recesses for receiving wine bottles; a distance between lower ends of the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod being longer than a distance between upper ends of the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod; four cambered recess being formed; each connection of the upper connecting rod and the front supporting rod having a respective cambered recess; each connection of the upper connecting rod and the rear supporting rod having a respective cambered recess; four protrusions formed on the upper connecting rods; each protrusion being adjacent to one respective cambered recess.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 shows that the present invention is assembled to have a two-layer structure, (A) is a front view and (B) is a lateral view. -
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing that a three layer structure according to the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, aframe body 10 is formed by bending one metal rod. Two lower connectingrods frame body 10. - Each lower connecting
rod rod 12 and a rear supportingrod 13. - An upper connecting
rod 14 is connected between the two front supportingrods 12 and another upper connectingrod 14 is connected between the two rear supportingrods 13. The upper connectingrods 14 are bended to have a wave-like shape so as to be formed with a plurality of recesses for receivingwine bottles 1. A distance between lower ends of thefront supporting rod 12 and the rear supportingrod 13 is longer than that between upper ends of the front supportingrod 12 and the rear supportingrod 13. - Four cambered
recesses 16 are formed. Each connection of the upper connectingrod 14 and thefront supporting rod 12 has a respective camberedrecess 16. Each connection of the upper connectingrod 14 and the rear supportingrod 13 has a respective camberedrecess 16. - Four
protrusions 17 are formed on the upper connectingrods 14. Eachprotrusion 17 is adjacent to onerespective cambered recess 16. - The present invention can be used singly as shown in
FIG. 1 . Furthermore, the present invention can be used asFIGS. 2A and 2B , twoframe bodies 10 are overlapped so as to have a two-layer structure with a camberedslot 15 for placingwine bottles 1. Furthermore, referring toFIG. 3 , threeframe bodies 15 are overlapped so as to form camberedslots 15 for placingwine bottles 1. Thereby, by the present invention, a plurality offrame bodies 10 can be assembled to form different structure so as to placewine bottles 1. - In assembly of the present invention, since the
front supporting rod 12 and rear supportingrod 13 are elastic, the two lower connectingrods 11 are be buckled into theprotrusions 17 and theclamping slots 16, as shown inFIG. 2A . The distance between lower ends of thefront supporting rod 12 and the rear supportingrod 13 is longer than that between upper ends of the front supportingrod 12 and the rear supportingrod 13. Thereby, theprotrusions 17 of the lower lay resist against the lower inner sides of thefront supporting rod 12 and the rear supportingrod 13. Thus, a firm connection is formed. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
