Abstract

This invention, the Accessorized Lighter, uses traditional lighter technology and mechanisms and combines it with a tri-chambered lighter system to produce a smoking experience that is both pleasurable, and convenient. The new technology is only the tri-chamber system and the removable bottom that makes the chambers accessible.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention, the Accessorized Lighter, was invented out of necessity and desire. It is necessary for a tobacco smoker to carry more than three items when wishing to travel with his/her tobacco products. (lighter, tobacco supply, and lighting utensil) This invention will make it possible to carry only one item and still have all the utensils needed to have a smoke. Combining all three smoking accessories into one is a feasible solution to the problem of smoking and carrying conveyance. The idea for this invention was conceived in the summer of 2003, out of necessity.

  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The Accessorized Lighter, as stated above, was invented out of a need for a more convenient way to transport smoking accessories. This invention is a three-chambered refillable lighter. The lighting mechanism and refill area are nonspecific, as the patented part is simply the chambered design. One chamber will be specifically for the lighting fluid, as with any regular lighter. One chamber will be for the tobacco stash; it will be located beneath the fluid chamber and roughly the same size. On the other side of these two chambers will be another chamber for the smoking utensil. This utensil is not included in the patent, as the chambered design of the lighter is the only thing that will need patenting. This invention will completely revolutionize and accessorize the tobacco smoking process. It aids in the conveyance and secrecy of carrying your tobacco smoking utensils.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The lighting and refill mechanisms will not be changed from the standard lighter; the tri-chamber system is what is being invented. Opposed to the standard lighter, the Accessorized Lighter will have two empty chambers beneath the lighting mechanism that will hold the smoking accessories. One chamber, located directly underneath the lighting fluid chamber, and approximately the same size as the lighting fluid chamber, will be where the tobacco stash is located. Opposite of that, and taking up the entire opposite side of the chamber part of the lighter, will be the smoking utensil chamber. This chamber will be longer than the other two, but thinner. The bottom of the lighter will be on a small tract and be removable. The entire invention will be produced out of plastic; it will be the regular size of a traditional refillable lighter, with plastic partitions in the chambered area. Manufacture will be done out of a cast, and a regularly operating lighter manufacturer will be doing the production. The usage of this Accessorized Lighter will be easy and convenient. The bottom portion of the lighter will be removable and the smoking utensil will be accessed from the smoking utensil chamber. The smoking utensil will then be dipped into the tobacco stash chamber, the bottom plate will be replaced, and the tobacco stash can then be lit by the lighting mechanism on the top of the lighter. After the product is used, the smoking utensil will be replaced within the smoking utensil chamber and the product can be stored in any manner needed.
