Abstract
The present invention relates to an improved structure of an accurate air pump indicating pressure, especially one balancing pressure of tire and that indicated on panel. The present invention consists mainly of a stopping valve, a check valve, and a flowing pressure tube. The stopping valve is found inside the chamber between the air pump and the tire in order to balance tire pressure and moving pressure. The check valve is found at the front part of the air pumping tube in order to control moving pressure; and the flowing pressure tube is found inside the air pumping tube which is made of elastic tubes and springs. Hence, the present invention of an improved structure of an accurate air pump indicating pressure can balance pressure of tire and pressure of panel.
Description
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of an accurate air pump pressure indicating, especially one balancing pressure of tire and that indicated on panel.
- According to the commonly used air pump structure, the pressure indicated on the panel is directly conducted through the metal tube of the air pump to the compressing tube of the handle. The metal springs will urge the pressure back and cause the indicator of the indicating panel to move.
- According to the commonly used air pump structure, it is still difficult to have accurate pressure figures and is not suitable for those specialized in this field, being thus very inconvenient. Hence, to obviate and mitigate the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved structure of air pump pressure indicating.
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of an accurate air pump pressure indicating, improving moving pressure to a balanced state.
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of an accurate air pump pressure indicating, controlling and balancing pressure of tire and moving pressure to a balanced state.
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of an accurate air pump pressure indicating, specially designed with a stopping valve to balance pressure of tire and moving pressure.
- FIG. 1 is a view of the commonly used structure.
- FIG. 2 is a view of the present invention.

check valve 12 is designed at the front part of tube 11 ofair pump 10. As air is pumped into a tire through the tube 11, a portion of the air goes to theair pump 10 through theair tube 13 and is eventually released. It is therefore quite impossible to obtain an accurate pressure figure on the indicatingpanel 15 of thehandle 14. - With reference to FIG. 2 showing a view of the present invention, the
indicator 23 of indicatingpanel 22 of thehandle 21 is improved with astopping valve 24, acheck valve 25 and a flowingpressure tube 26. Thestopping valve 24 is designed in thechamber 27 between theair pump 20 and tire and balances pressure coming from both sides to a stable state. Thecheck valve 25 is designed at the front part oftube 28 ofair pump 20 and controls air pressure pumped inside. The flowingpressure tube 26 is designed insidetube 28 ofair pump 20 and is made ofelastic tubes 29 andthin springs 30.
