  • The field of art to which the invention pertains includes the field of toilet paper, more specifically the field of wet toilet paper. BACKGROUND—DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART [0002]
  • The properties of paper depend on various factors. These factors includes the type of pulp used, the amount of refining done on the pulp, and the kind of paper making machine used. Special additives, as well as treatments given to the paper during or after its manufacture, also affect the finished product. Toilet paper is made form recycled fibers or from blends of sulfite and mechanical pulps. Toilet paper makers use special additives to give toilet paper strength although toilet paper itself is dry. [0003]
  • SUMMARY
  • In recent years it has been demonstrated that one of the major dangers from the use of dry toilet paper is contamination generally and more specifically is infection to women. The present invention mitigates the foregoing difficulties in that it provides a highly efficient procedure for disposal of body excrement mixed with water. [0004]
