Abstract
An ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode, wherein, a magnetic pad is provided on a pendant, and a plurality of picture blocks are attracted by the magnetic pad of the pendant to form the ornamental pendant structure. In the structure, the picture blocks are modularized metallic platelets capable of being attracted by the magnetic pad and capable of forming a plurality of patterns. This gives the advantage of changing into desired patterns on the ornamental pendant in a DIY mode, and the ornamental pendant can have elevated practical value in variant and brilliant ornamental effects.
Description
- 1. Field of the invention
- The present invention is related to an ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode, and is especially related to an ornamental pendant structure able to change its decoration patterns by a user himself.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Ornamental pendants are a kind of ornament for wearing, and are made mostly of metal, rock, plant or shells etc. On the surface of it is a colorful pattern and a kind of feeling of quality which people are fond of, it can be used to decorate oneself to make outstanding of his or her unique graceful bearing. However, a conventional ornamental pendant only has a single decoration surface, such ornamental pendant is subjected to losing its value of newness by influence of time elapsing and originating of other fashions. Thereby, such ornamental pendant is subjected to being discarded or laying unused and becomes a kind of article de luxe lacking of practical value; youths who are limited in economic capability but fond of making up will accordingly stop being interested in it. This makes the markets of ornamental pendant extremely contracted to form a huge trouble in the art of ornamental pendant.
- Conventional ornamental pendants are made by mass production, their vending spots are widely distributed; people are easy to purchase ornamental pendants of the same style at different locations. However, accompanying with elevating of the level of knowledge day by day, youths nowadays mostly are eager for showing themselves, conventional ornamental pendants no longer satisfy their psychological need in longing for being outstanding among others; thereby their willing of purchasing or using ornamental pendent is reduced or ceased. Therefore, the life period of the ornamental pendants is largely shortened, and the markets of ornamental pendants are extremely limited, this has been the huge trouble in the art of ornamental pendants.
- And a conventional ornamental pendant only has a single fixed decoration surface which is extremely in lack of the function of changing the decoration surface into one of various decoration surfaces in pursuance of the mood, fondness etc. of a user, this has made quite an inconvenience and trouble for users and manufacturers. Such trouble is exactly the problem which has been studied to solve by and is the motive of the present invention. The inventor of the present invention thereby developed the ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode based on his specific technical experience of development for years in metal processing.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide an ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode, a user can originate and make up by himself decoration surfaces at his will to fulfil effects of decoration, and this can stimulate his willing of purchasing and elevate practical value of the ornamental pendant.
- To get the above object, in practice, a magnetic pad is provided on a pendant, and a plurality of picture blocks are attracted by the magnetic pad of the pendant to form an ornamental pendant structure.
- In the structure, the picture blocks are modularized metallic platelets capable of being attracted by the magnetic pad and capable of forming a plurality of patterns. The surfaces of the pendant and the picture blocks can be printed thereon or coated thereon with metal, rock, plant or sea shells etc. or can be made by processing of etching, knurling, polishing or forming fogged surfaces to give the surfaces colorful patterns and a kind of feeling of good quality. By attracting of the picture blocks by the magnetic pad, a user can easily move the picture blocks with hands to change their positions within the scope of the magnetic pad to form the decoration surfaces of the ornamental pendant structure with brilliant ornamental effects. This gives the advantage of changing the patterns of the ornamental pendant in a DIY mode, and the ornamental pendant structure can allow a user to originate and change decoration surfaces at his will to manifest his outstanding style and to elevate practical value of the ornamental pendant.
- The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.

- Referring to the FIG. 1 firstly, the ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode of the present invention is comprised primarily of a
pendant 1 provided thereon with amagnetic pad 12, and a plurality ofpicture blocks 2 are attracted by themagnetic pad 12 of thependant 1 to form an ornamental pendant structure. - Wherein, the
magnetic pad 12 is provided on one side of the pendant 1 (referring to FIGS. 1, 3), themagnetic pad 12 can be freely rotated on the pendant 1 (referring to FIG. 4), one end of thependant 1 is provided with a hole for connecting with aring 31. The surface of thependant 1 can be printed thereon or coated thereon with metal, rock, plant or sea shells etc. or can be made by processing of etching, knurling, polishing or forming fogged surfaces to give the surfaces colorful patterns and a kind of feeling of good quality. - The
magnetic pad 12 is made of magnetic material, and has an attractingsurface 122 in the shape of undulated surface (referring to FIG. 3) to attract thepicture blocks 2. Themagnetic pad 12 is provided on the periphery thereof with a plurality of adjustment holes 121 (referring to FIG. 1) which can be inserted therein sharp rod ends, by moving the rod ends, theadjustment holes 121 can be moved to allow themagnetic pad 12 to rotate freely on thependant 1 to a desired position (referring to FIG. 4). In this way, a user can adjust the angular position of the adjustablemagnetic pad 12. - The
picture blocks 2 are modularized metallic platelets capable of being attracted by themagnetic pad 12 and capable of forming a plurality of patterns (referring to FIGS. 1, 3). The front and the rear surfaces of thependant 1 and the picture blocks can be printed thereon or coated thereon with metal, rock, plant or sea shells etc. or can be made by processing of etching, knurling, polishing or forming fogged surfaces to give the surfaces colorful patterns and a kind of feeling of good quality. For example, thepicture blocks 2 can be pieced together, or can be made up as a Chinese tangram (referring to FIG. 2). Thepicture blocks 2 can be pieced together into various contours such as figures of people, fishes and beasts, geometric patterns etc. Thepicture blocks 2 thus can have the function of originating and making up a plurality of patterns. - By attracting of the
picture blocks 2 to the attractingsurface 122 of themagnetic pad 12 of the pendant 1 (referring to FIG. 3A), thepicture blocks 2 can form a brilliant decoration surface (referring to FIG. 1) taking advantage of the colors and luster as well as the quality of the picture blocks 2 themselves. Thereby, when the user is to dress up, only thering 31 connecting with the hole of thependant 1 is needed to be attached to a braded colored thread or ametallic necklace 3 etc. to form an ornamental pendant structure for hanging at a desired location on the user. - When the user wants to change the decoration surface of the ornamental pendant structure, he can use a sharp
angled clamp 4 with twofeet picture blocks 2 easily for changing their positions (referring to FIG. 1) within the scope of themagnetic pad 12 of thependant 1 through the gaps formed among thepicture blocks 2 on theattracting surface 122 of the magnetic pad 12 (referring to FIG. 3); alternatively, he can turn over thepicture blocks 2 to show more various brilliant colorful patterns and good qualities by means of the decoration surfaces on both sides of thepicture blocks 2. Thereby, a user can originate and make up decoration surfaces with thepicture blocks 2 on the magnetic pad 12 (referring to FIG. 5). This gives the advantage of changing the patterns of theornamental pendant 1 in a DIY mode, and the ornamental pendant structure can allow a user to originate and change decoration surfaces in pursuance of the mood, fondness or arrangement of dressing of the user, thereby, practical value and various brilliant ornamental effects of the ornamental pendent can be largely elevated. - Moreover, the
ornamental pendant 1 and themagnetic pad 12 can both be in the shape of ellipsoids, polygons, rectangles or triangles etc.; for example, apendant 10 can be in the shape of a pentagon, amagnetic pad 120 can be in the shape of a triangle, so that the whole ornamental pendant structure can be endued with a mysterious feeling (referring to FIG. 6) suiting wearing by youths of extroversion personality in dancing parties. The embodiment of the ornamental pendant structure thereby has another ornamental effect and the user can have more selections in use. Any ornamental pendant having the magnetic pad for attracting a plurality of picture blocks thereon shall thereby fall within the scope of the present invention. - One thing especially worth mentioning, i.e., the cost of production of the ornamental pendant structure of the present invention is low, volumes of the pendant, the magnetic pad and the picture blocks are all small (referring to FIG. 1) and are all designed under the conception of modulariztion; hence manufacturers can provide them as various ornamental members in a way of mass production easily, thereby, the problem of slow selling and storing up of goods of the conventional ornamental pendants can be solved. The present invention thus has the industrial characteristic of low cost, high added value and exquisiteness.
- In conclusion, the ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode with a plurality of picture blocks attracted by the magnetic pad on the pendant allows a user to easily move the picture blocks with hands within the scope of the magnetic pad to form the decoration surfaces of the ornamental pendant structure with a brilliant ornamental effect. This gives the advantage of changing the patterns of the ornamental pendant in a DIY mode, and the ornamental pendant structure can allow the user to originate and change decoration surfaces in pursuance of his mood, fondness or arrangement of dressing etc. to manifest his own outstanding style and to elevate practical value and variant decoration effects of the ornamental pendant.
Claims (3)
1. An ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode, being characterized by that
a magnetic pad is provided on a pendant of said pendant structure, and a plurality of picture blocks are pieced up on and attracted by said magnetic pad to form desired ornamental patterns.
2. An ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode as claimed in , wherein,
claim 1
said magnetic pad is provided on the periphery thereof with a plurality of adjustment holes.
3. An ornamental pendant structure able to make up patterns in a DIY mode as claimed in , wherein,
claim 1
said magnetic pad has an attracting surface in the shape of undulated surface to attract said picture blocks.
