n vThe primary objeotof this invention'is to i provide a shaking-out tabletwhich will main- '10 tain a substantiallyv niform working height for employees, regardless .of thesamount of goods normally piled on said table. Another object of this invention is to provide a shaking-out'table the height of which may be ad# justed temporarily or permanentlyy lto suit lthe stature of the employees workingthe'reat, so that they may perform their work nnder the IIloSt favorable conditions. lfurther obj ect 'is to' provide such a vtableV having to loosen up the ensuitablyshaped sides tofacilitate the" stack- -ing of the straightened or untangled goods prior to'their removal'to other processing ma- ;chines, such as the ironing rolls, ete. Yet ani other object is to provide a shaking-out table I 125 having vmeans for collecting most'of the lint releasedfrom the washed'goods into suitable pans, to prevent saidlint from falling on the iioor, thus maintaining better sanitary work'- ing conditions. Reference being had to the drawings, a shaking-out table built in accordance with my invention comprises, in the main, a box-like 45 top 1 and a supporting structure 2v consisting of four or more legs rigidly held to any suitable bracing.

The table top consists of' a lower box portion having a bottom 3 in which are provided gether by '50 suitable apertures or perforations 4 through l *In 'Figsfl and which the lint releasedffromthe washed goods may fall.
