My present invention relates to attachvments for sewing machinesand the like and more particularly to a new and special type of that portion'tof a sewing machine known as the premerfoot. It' is the' main object of the present invention to provide a presser j foot which is simple-in construction, easy and "economical to fabricate and assemble, readily adaptedfor use with standard sewing machines, and which will perform a varlety of functions, hereinafter setforth in detail, in

It will be noted from the foregoing that the device is simple in constructiomeasy and economical tofabricate andasseinble, may readily be attached to standard sewing machines by mere- 'ly removing the existing presser foot and substitutingthe present one and is adapted .to carry out a mult plicity of processes in a convenient and inexpensive manner.
