An object of my in-' vention is to obviate this'difliculty, and to provide a driving tool or wrench which w1l1 enable the driving or setting of an anchor with greater ease, and in less time, than has heretofore been accomplished.

Referring by numerals to the drawings, the screw anchor 4L, of prevailing form, has a recess 5 adapted to receive and serve as a seat for one end of a wrench tube 6. The recess in the anchor, is polygonal in cross Section, and preferably square, as shown. The recess 5 and the wrench tube 6 are so proportioned that the wrench member may be readily inserted into the recess, but cannot turn, without imparting its movement to the anchor body.
