To provide the relative sliding movement between levers 3 and 4 and upper jaw 2 necessary to rotate studs 8 and 9is the func-tion of an element '15 and handle 16. The latter `is slidingly and pivotally mounted upon up- `per jaw 2 and is'pivotally connected to linkV 7 by element 15. yA-single pin 17 through element 15 is adapted to engage a corresponding proj ection20 on lever 4 and push the latter from the position shown in Figure 'Y2 tovthat shown in Figure 1.
