The gra-ter C is formed 'of a rectangular Wooden frame, c, to the upper .side of which is secured a suitably-perforated plate, o. This frame, with its plate, is located some distance above the bottom or back A, so as to give an easy passage to the article grated, which, in its reduced condition, passes through the plate and falls into a vessel provided for that purpose.
