Be it known that I, PATRICK GETHIN, a vcitizen of the United States, residing at type coinn'ionly used for the relief of hernia,

and my present purpose is to provide a truss, of snnple and HIQKPQIISIVB constructioinwlnch may be used to support a pin rality of ruptures and which may, at the same time, be utilized as a suspensory for the partial support of the scrotum, etc.

In order to explain my invention clearly I have provided the annexed drawing which is a front face view, in elevation, of a truss V embodying my present improvement.

In this drawing the letter (1; denotes the customary belt or strap by means of which the truss proper is secured in desired position on the body of the wearer, and in effective relation to the rupture or ruptures."
