What I claim as new and desire to secure 4 by Letters Patent is l. A collar support consisting of two parts arranged with their ends adjacent, a coverin incasing said parts and constituting a hinge at said ends, said sup ort dctachably secured to the collar parts" etween theinner band and the turned over portion and adjacent the ends thereof.

A collar support consisting of two parts arranged with their ends adjacent, a covering incasing' said parts and constituting a hinge at said ends, said support detachahly securedto the collar between the inner band and the turned over portion and j adjacent the ends thereof, tl1e ends of the supportcut substantially parallel with the adjacent outer lower edges of the inner band and said rolled over portion.

In a collar of the kind described having inner and outer portions and in combination, a supporting member for the outer meeting edges of said portions arranged adjacent the ends of the collar, said member consisting of two parts hinged together intermediate their ends one part secured to the inner portion of the collar adjacent the free edge and the other part detachably secured to the other portion of thecollar between its edges.
