My invention relates to improvements in nonreillable bottles, and has for its object to provide a container for liquids, of simple construction, with no complicated or expensive parts, which can be made at small cost and which cannot be refilled after the contents have been taken therefrom.
Many of the so-called min-refillable bottles can be reilled if they be submerged'in a liquid and manipulated so that the various parts are movedwith relation to their normal positions, but in my devicethe entrance to the container is always sealed wheneverv it is in a position whereby avliquid would ow inwardly by gravitation.
My invention is further described in the following specification 'and' illustrated in the drawings lannexed hereto.

As shown in the drawings, the bottleneck l 10, is provided with an annular shoulder 11 which forms a stop to receive the lower edge of the cylindrical member 12. This latter member 12 has a plurality of ribs 13 which forma guide for the cone shaped member 14 adapted to lit snugly inthe opening 16 of the lower portion 17 of the member 12, thus forming a water tight connectionvwhen the bottle is'in an upright position.v The member 12 is also provided with a head 18 which may be secured thereto by* threading or other similar means. I also show the usual form of cork 33 in the neck ofthe bottle.
As shown in Fig. 3, the bottle is in a tilted position and as may be seen therein, the parts inside the neck of thebottle assume positions which will permit the liquid contents of the bottle to emerge freely along the co-urse and in the direction indicated by the bottle, with thev exception, of the upper plate 26. When thus lassembled it may be inserted in the neck of the bott-le soy that the lower part 17 0f the.V member 12 rests on the shoulder` 11. The upper plate 26 may then vbe positioned, and as the slots 31 converge inwardlyV the plate 26 can be jammed into position, thereby locking all the other parts in their proper relative positions.
l also show in Fig. 4 another method of holding my device in the neck of the bottle, consisting of an annular'groove 33 in the .said neck into which the projections 32 of the plate 26 jmay be inserted through the` slots 31.A Then by giving the plate 26 a quartery turn the yprojections 32 will rest in the said groove33 so that itis locked against inward or Voutward movement.V
