By extending the flange (l beyond the points of the teeth of the comb A, siid teeth'do notin any way interfere with the cutting action of the shears.
It is, of course, understood that any suitable material may be used in the manufacture of the hair bobbing device. By the use of the dev cc, hair may be very quickly points of the teeth thereof, and a headband for supporting the comb in position.
