Be it lmown that l, WnLLiAin 4l. Bauman, a' citizen of the United States, residin at Chicago, in the county of Cook and tate of Illinois, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Bottle-Closures, of which the following is a specification.

Une of the objects of my 'invention' is to provide a simple, one piece, emcient, and sanitary receptacle closure.

The device is preferably made from sheet metal, of a springy or resilient character, blanlred ont as shown in lig. 3.
