To all whom it may concern i Be it known that I, JoH 'F. MoRoAL, a, citizen of the United States,
Dayton, in the county of Montgomery and State; of Ohio, have, invented certain new and useful Improvements in Cutters, of
which the following, iiia specification, reference being had there to the accompany- *ing drawings.
This invention relates to cutters having removable iblades. V The object of the invention is to provide means whereby the blade of a cutter maybe secured in position'in such amanner that it willbe held firmly against dis placementand will resist any normal strain to which it may be subjected; and further,
