The inner end of the set screw is in po sition for engagement by the lower end of i the throttle sleeve to limit the downward the sleeve as will be-evident movement thereof, and the arrangement is such that when the lower end of the sleeve engages the upper end of the set screw the said lower end will be spaced slightly above the bottom of the trough.
