Referring to the accompanying drawing- U A is the oase, the front and back of which are open, and the front of which is made slantingn Y This case may either rest on a. counter or table, or be made self-supporting.

The fronts of the drawers B are fitted. with glass O C, which extendsacross the entire breadth and the greater' partofvthe depth of the'drawers, and thereby permits the front low of spools D D .to be easily seen.

To keep the front rows of spools in propel-position, a thin crossstrip, a, is arranged across each drawer at a suitable'` distance from the front, and` atl an angle corresponding with the slant ofthe front of the drawers.
