iir it known that I, hinhoinou Umusn, n citizen oi the United States of America. residing in New York, in the borough of the .ih'onx, county and State of New ork, intro invented-certain new and useful Improvements in Cigar-Packages, of which the following is a specification.

The twisted ends hold the wrapper in close contact with the butt and tip ends of the cigur.
