' subject of the King. of England, and resi-ding at The Elms, Bodmin, Cornwall, England, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Carving-Dishes, of which the following isa specification, such as will enable those skilled in the art to which it appertains tofmake and use the same.

This invention relates to carving dishes and the object thereof is to provide an improved device of this class having means for securing a roast on the dish andalso provided with means for draining the said roast; a further object being to provide a carving dish. which may be used for other purposes; and with these and other objects in view, thein'vention consists in a dish of the class specified, constructed vas hereinafter described and claimed.

The invention is fully disclosed in the following specification of which the acco'mpanying drawing forms a part, in which the separate parts of my improvement are designated by suitable, reference characters in each of the views, and in which Figure l is a plan view of my improved carving dish;.'Fig. 2 a bottom plan view thereof; Fig. 3 a section on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1. ' Having fully described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent is:
