Be it known that I, GEORGE W.`DUNHAM, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Oil- Can Holders, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings.-

In Fig. 3 I have shown a modified form of retainer having a rocking connection with the base, so as to allow the retainer to tilt in the direction of either can. Constructed in this manner, cans of different size may be used and held properly to thebase or suport.
