Although I have shown in the drawing a circular post with the tongues formed therein, it Will be readily understood that any desired form of post may be provided; such as a V or angular post and the tongues formed therein in a like manner, the same having an equal efficiency to that illustrated, without departing from the spirit of the invention. It will still further be seen that I have provided a device Which is very simple in construction, therefore inexpensive to manufacture and one which is extremely effective in operation.
