Abstract

The invention relates to mining industry, in particular to support of mine roadways with roof bolting. The method includes drilling of bore-hole in rocks that are fixed, with formation of a screw groove on the walls of the bore-hole, with screwing in the anchor into the bore-hole with formation of lubricant layer between the anchor and the walls of the bore-hole, at that one preliminarily performs unloading of the zone of the rock massif in direction of drilling a bore hole through formation of an advancing cavity with length that is equal to 2,0-2,5 of diameter of the bore hole and radius that is determined by the formula:,where- radius of advance cavity, m;- radius of bore hole, m;- volumetric mass of the rocks of the rock massif, kg/m;- depth of carrying out operations on bore hole drilling, m;- strength of the rocks at uniaxial compression with account of structural weakening of the rock massif, MPa,Formation of the screw groove is carried out simultaneously with drilling of blast hole, and lubrication layer between the anchor and the walls of the bore hole is formed by displacement of paste-like glue mass preliminarily applied on the surface of the screw-in anchor. The realization of the method proposed for installation of a screw-in anchor makes it possible to increase bearing ability of the anchored massif at decrease of time for installation of anchors, this promotes increase of stability of mine workings.
