Abstract

Энергетическое устройство, которое устанавливают на поворотной опоре или стационарно на поддерживающей платформе, имеет каркас, причем каркас содержит конфузор и диффузор и обтекатель между ними, горизонтальную турбину, которая установлена в обтекателе внутри устройства, которая механически связана с гидронасосом и через него - с гидромотором с генератором, или любым другим средством, пригодным для того, чтобы к нему была подключена турбина; причем устройство имеет не менее чем две горизонтальные ковшовые турбины, установленные внутри устройства в обтекателе между конфузором и диффузором; турбины имеют полые корпусы, а ковши изготовлены из легкого материала и расположены в шахматном порядке и прикреплены к твердой обшивке, которая крепится к каркасу турбины; причем турбины полностью погружены в рабочий поток и имеют благодаря конструкции устройства активную и пассивную рабочую фазы; между конфузором и диффузором устройства содержится рассекатель или обтекатель, который, благодаря конструкции, рассекает рабочий поток на две равных части и направляет его на ковши турбин; конфузор, обтекатель и диффузор имеют такую конструкцию, которая образовывает рабочие полости для горизонтальных ковшовых турбин, в которых турбины, поворачиваясь, имеют активную фазу работы, а также, имеют пассивную фазу работы; причем корпус устройства имеет небольшой вес и крепится к оси, которая расположена вертикально в передней части обтекателя, в геометрическом положении от расположения центра тяжести устройства.
