Abstract

The proposed utility model relates to the burners and atomizers design. A nozzle has an axisymmetric case where a channel is executed with an inlet and an outlet in the form of bodies of rotation around case axis and cross section smoothly changing on the channel length from the wide inlet to the narrow part and from the narrow part to the wide outlet which is aimed for pass of fluid or gas flow. At the channel inlet an insert with a through axial opening is located which is executed in the form of cylindrical and conical parts placed coaxially. A screw groove is executed at the side surface of the cylindrical part of the insert. A base of the cylindrical part is directed to the channel inlet. A top of the conical part of the insert is placed with a gap in the narrow part and is directed to the channel outlet. At the case outside the narrow part of the channel a ring magnet is located and at the channel outlet a flow limiter is installed.
