Abstract

The electron-optical system for colour picture tubes comprises three electron guns, a modulator common for three electron guns, a basic focusing electrode and a coaxial apertures-anode. With the purpose to improve quality of focusing due to decrease its dependence on the beam current and stability augmentation of blocking voltage for the electron-optical system there is an additional focusing electrode and a basic focusing electrode is arranged of two electrically connected parts.
