Abstract

A process of automatic control of braking wheeled machine relates to transport machine building and can be used in antilock systems of wheeled machines. The process consists in continuous adjustment of the rate of pressure change in actuating bodies of brake drive proportionally to the difference of amplified signals of angular acceleration of wheel and longitudinal acceleration of wheeled machine measured during braking, taking into account the sign of difference, in the case amplification factor of the signal of longitudinal acceleration in each control channel is increased proportionally to the increase of loading-coupling conditions and decreased proportionally to the relative longitudinal slip of the wheel (wheels) controlled by the channel. At rectilinear motion of wheeled machine the amplification factor of the signal of longitudinal acceleration is increased in the control channels of braking the wheels of front axles and decreased in the control channels of braking the wheels of rear axles proportionally to the signal of the sensor of longitudinal acceleration. At curvilinear motion of wheeled machine the amplification factor of the signal of longitudinal acceleration is increased in the control channels of braking the wheels of external board and decreased in the control channels of braking the wheels of internal board proportionally to the signal of the sensor of transverse acceleration of wheeled machine. Invention leads to increase of the efficiency of braking wheeled machine by acceleration and increasing the accuracy of adaptation of the process of braking to the change of loading-coupling conditions.
