The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a knee joint for lower extremity orthesis. The knee joint contains a bracket with the support, anchor with spring-loaded slide-block and disconnective switch. The bracket contains L-shaped slot; the anchor is made as a figured plate with thrust platform and slot, where the spring-loaded slide-block is placed with a lever installed in the L-shaped bracket slot. The second slide-block is installed in the joint, where said slide-block is made as spring-loaded cartridge, having contact with the anchor’s thrust platform on one side, and with a screw on another one. The screw in installed in through threaded opening of the bracket, rigidly connected with the lower orthesis crural splint, and disconnect switch of orthesis is made as a projection of anchor’s figured plate.
