Abstract
A herbicidal suspension which comprises (1) from 0.5 to 20 mass parts of at least one compound of sulphonyl urea, selected of a group consisting of azimsulphurone, bensulphuronemethyl, phlazasulphurone and nicosulphurone, or salt thereof as a herbicidal component, (2) from 0.5 to 35 mass parts of at least one surface-active substance selected of a group consisting of alcoxylated sorbite and fatty acid ester and alcoxylated sorbitane and fatty acid ester, (3) from 0.5 to 55 mass parts of at least one other surface-active substance selected of a group consisting of polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hydrogenized polyoxyethylene castor oil and alkylaryl sulphonate, and (4) a diluting agent, which cannot be mixed with water, selected of a group consisting of a vegetable oil, a fatty acid obtained of a vegetable oil, alkyl ether of fatty acid and a mineral oil, as the main component of the residue. A method for controlling undesirable plants or inhibiting growth thereof includes coating herbicidally effective amount of the herbicidal suspension onto undesired plants or onto the place where they grow.
