A device for the articles plastically deformation contains a cylindrical inductor with a magnetic field concentrator, which is composed of two isolated parts. These parts are installed one into another, contain the conical mating surfaces. An internal part of the concentrator is made with a bulging end, on which an accessory working tool is installed. The device is equipped by a hermetic external chamber, which has the gas valves and is installed axially to the mobile concentrator part. The chamber walls serve as the guides for the mobile concentrator part. The mobile part in its upper end is equipped by a piston, placed into the cylinder with a liquid.
