Abstract
This invention relates to new derivatives of methylpiperazineazepine and to non toxic salts thereof, and also to a method for obtaining these compounds and use thereof in therapy. Derivatives of methylpiperazineazepine of the formula (I): in which X denotes atom of oxygen, sulphur or selenium, or group ΝΗ or NR3, where R3 is group -COH, -COCF3 or alkyl with 1-4 atoms of carbon, branched of non branched, R1 – atom of hydrogen, atom of halogen or alkyl with 1-4 atoms of carbon, branched of non branched, R2- atom of hydrogen, atom of halogen or alkyl with 1-4 atoms of carbon, branched of non branched, N1 is benzene ring and N2 is pyridine ring or inversely, provided that if R1 and R2 are hydrogen and X is atom of sulphur, oxygen or group NH, then N1 is pyridine and N2 is benzene ring, at that pyridine atom of nitrogen, cannot be in the position d´, and N1 and N2, besides, can be benzene rings, when X is atom of selenium, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts having activity on the level of central of peripheral nervous system.
