The method for surgical treatment of spondylolisthesis is offered. It comprises the resection of intervertebral disk, forming of canals in the spondylolisthetic vertebra’s bodies, impaction in the canals of nail-fixator and filling of cavitations between the vertebra’s bodies by a "broken stone" from bone tissue. The decompression of vertebral canal’s contents, resection of the displaced L5 and S1 vertebra’s arches are performed by posterior surgical approach, the prominent dorsal part of the S1 vertebra is deleted, transposition of the L5 spinal nerves is carried out.
