My.110. - R.431)|. It is known that the composition of intestinal microbiocenosis is quite constant, so after some time after the correction, intestinal microbiocenosis disorders appear again. In connection with the above, the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders in young children with AD should be effective and timely, and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders is an urgent task for pediatricians and children's allergists.
А. -To date, the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders is bacteriological diagnostics - stool analysis for dysbacteriosis. This analysis includes many studies - cultures for conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic intestinal flora, latobacillus bifidobacteria, Escherichia coli with normal enzymatic properties, Escherichia coli with weakly expressed enzymatic properties, lactose-negative Escherichia coli, hemolyzing Escherichia coli, staphylococci, hemolyzing staphylococci, microbes of the genus Proteus, fungi of the genus Candida, counting the total number of Escherichia coli and coccal forms in the total amount of microbes .M., Gudzan N.Ff., Ivantsiv V.A. -
- 64с.|.Lviv, 2001. - 64 p.|.
This method of evaluating the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis in children is the closest to what is claimed, in terms of technical essence and the result that can be achieved, therefore it was chosen as a prototype.
The useful model is based on the task of expanding the arsenal of methods for assessing the effectiveness of correcting intestinal microbiocenosis disorders in young children with atopic dermatitis by evaluating the content of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) and free fucose (FF) in coprofiltrates.
The problem, which is the basis of a useful model, is solved by the fact that in a known method of assessing the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders in young children with AD, which includes stool analysis for dysbacteriosis, according to the useful model, the level of HAG and Vf in coprofiltrates before correction is determined and after correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders and if, after the correction, the level of GAG and Vf in coprofiltrates is at least 1.5 times lower than the previous one, then eradication of opportunistic intestinal microflora and effective correction of detected disorders are diagnosed.
Т., МинасянThe technical effect of the useful model, namely the possibility of accurately assessing the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders in young children with AD, is due to the fact that viruses, bacteria, toxins cause a pathogenic effect by sprinkling them on colonocyte receptors, which are covered with glycoprotein chains. In this regard, the state of the intestinal mucosal barter can be indirectly indicated by the concentration of carbohydrate components of glycoproteins in it, primarily those found in water-soluble mucus (Ivashkin V.T., Minasyan

- 2005. - С.152-158..In the presence of such a connection, certain changes in the metabolism of the connective tissue of the intestine are expected under the influence of virulent pathogens (Mukvich O.M., Ott V.D. The effect of the mixture "MshipIop" with prebiotics on immunological and cytoprotective processes in children with disorders of the intestinal microflora // Perinatology and pediatrics. - 2005. - Me3/4(24). - P.152-158..
Statistically reliable dynamics of changes in the content of HAG and Vf in coprofiltrates were determined experimentally. The state of the intestinal microbiocenosis was analyzed using stool analysis for dysbacteriosis, the content of GAG and VF in the coprofiltrates of 34 children aged one month to 3 years with AD, all examined were diagnosed with intestinal microbiocenosis disorders, which were manifested by the presence of opportunistic microflora.
Verification of the effectiveness of the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders as part of the etiopathogenetic treatment of AD was carried out by dividing children into groups identical in terms of the number of patients (17 children in each group), their age, and the nature of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders into the main group and a comparison group. In the main group, the correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders was carried out with the help of prescribing specific bacteriophages for 7-10 days, then pre- and probiotics for 3-4 weeks, depending on the severity of the disorders, in the comparison group, patients received pre- and probiotics for 3-4 weeks, depending on severity of violations. In the patients of the main group, according to the results of the bacteriological examination, the eradication of opportunistic microflora was noted, which was accompanied by the normalization of stools, the disappearance of abdominal distention, the improvement of the well-being of children, and a faster regression of skin symptoms. In the comparison group, eradication of opportunistic microflora was noted in only one-third of patients, in another third a decrease in the number of opportunistic microflora was noted, in other patients, the correction of violations was not effective, this was accompanied by retention of constipation or liquid stool, abdominal distention, restlessness of children, preservation of skin rash.
All results were subjected to mathematical processing and compared between both groups of patients. In the children of the main group, the content of HAG in coprofiltrates before correction was on average 33.6 mmol/l, PF - 2.4 mmol/l, after correction - HAG 22.6 mmol/l, PF - 1.6 mmol/l, difference in results before and after correction is probable, the results after correction are likely to differ from the results of the comparison group. In the children of the comparison group, the content of GAG in coprofiltrates before correction was on average 34.8 mmol/l, Vf - 2.1 mmol/l, after correction - GAG 32.6 mmol/l, Vff - 2.3 mmol/l, the difference in the results before and after correction is unlikely.
Thus, in the children of the main group, where effective correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders and eradication of opportunistic microflora was observed after the correction, a probable decrease in the content of HAG in coprofiltrates by 1.5 times, VF by 1.5 times was noted.
Thus, of all the analyzed biochemical indicators of coprofiltrates of younger children with AD and intestinal microbiocenosis disorders, the most informative for diagnosing the effectiveness of correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders is the study of the dynamics of changes in the content of HAG and Vf in coprofiltrates.
At the same time, a statistically probable value for determining the effectiveness of eradication of opportunistic microflora for HAG and Vf is a decrease in their concentration by 1.5 times or more.
The method is carried out as follows: in a younger child with AD and established disorders of the intestinal microbiocenosis, the content of GAG and VF in coprofiltrates is additionally determined before and after correction of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders, and if after the correction, the level of GAG and Vf in coprofiltrates is lower by at least 1.5 times than the previous one, the eradication of opportunistic intestinal microflora and the effective correction of detected violations are diagnosed.
