Acyclic And Carbocyclic Compounds In Medicinal Compositions
(AREA)
Abstract
The method for medical treatment of pulmonary and cardiopulmonary decompensation by inhalation introduction of drugs is offered. During carrying out of inhalations a medicinal aerosol is administered into the patient respiratory tract in the regimen of submaximal breathes alternated with the proportionate on a depth breathes in the case of hyperbaria in a range by 10-20 mm of water column and the respiratory cycles frequency determined by a formula: where: ЧДп – frequency of patient breathing in the regime inhalation; 80 % – a dimensionless value, equal to the depth of the submaximal breathes, when the 80 % vital capacity of patient lungs is used.
