Abstract
The invention relates to food industry, specifically to macaroni production. Macaroni made of flour and water contain the additive of fine-dispersed berry and vegetable powders in quantity of 1-5 % of flour weight and aromatizing additive in quantity of 0.2-0.5 % of flour weight.
