Abstract
The proposed temperature transducer contains a detecting element based on a filamentary Si-Ge semiconductor crystal with four point contacts. Two contacts are arranged on the corresponding end surfaces of the crystal. The other contacts are arranged on the corresponding side surfaces of the crystal.The part of the crystal that is arranged between one of the end contacts and the side contact forms a temperature-sensitive resistor. The part of the crystal that is arranged between the other end contact and the side contact forms a thermoelectric element. The semiconductor crystal is alloyed with boron and gold.
