Abstract

Спосіб ожержання очищеної терефталевої кислоти, що містить п-толуілову кислоту, присутню при концентрації, рівній або менше 200 частин на мільйон по вазі, включає обробку терефталевої кислоти, заздалегідь очищеної контактом водного розчину терефталевої кислоти з воднем. Вказану обробку проводять шляхом введення у фільтруючу комірку або послідовність фільтруючих комірок, що знаходяться в зоні фільтрування, при температурі, принаймні, від 38 до 205°C і тиску системи від атмосферного до 1620 кПа, водного шламу. Шлам містить очищену терефталеву кислоту, присутню у вигляді кристалів, і п-толуїлову кислоту, присутню у вигляді водного розчину і в кристалізованій формі спільно з кристалами очищеної терефталевої кислоти.
