Abstract

Процес виготовлення полістиролбетону включає попереднє спінювання сировинних полістирольних гранул проєктованої гранулометрії, з додаванням антипіренів. Отриману суміш транспортують до бетонозмішувального вузла. Полістирольні гранули, що зберігаються в ємності з діелектричного матеріалу, завантажують безпосередньо в бункер, з якого вони за допомогою повітря подаються на обʼємно-ваговий дозатор, корпус якого виконаний з діелектричного матеріалу. Після зважування полістирольні гранули спрямовуються в бетонний змішувач, куди попередньо завантажують пісок, цемент та водну суспензію. В бетонний змішувач спочатку подають 60-70 % води з введеною сильнопластифікуючою добавкою. Суміш перемішують в проміжок часу від 20-40 с. Не припиняючи перемішування, поступово вводять 50-60 % полістирольних гранул впродовж 40 с. Після гомогенізації компонентів в суміш вводять решту полістирольних гранул та води з повітровтягувальною добавкою і перемішують 120-180 с. Отриману суміш вивантажують у форму для формування виробу. Вивантаження відбувається без використання вібрації впродовж 20-40 с з висоти не більше 50 см.
