Before the stage of coating the cladding material, in addition on the end sides of the part make a groove around the perimeter of the part, in the above groove on both sides lay the ends of the cladding material, then in the above groove insert a fixing element whose width does not exceed the width of the above groove.
Description
The useful model belongs to door and furniture production and can be used in the manufacture of door leaf, cabinet furniture facades, sliding wardrobes and wall cabinets, decorative wall panels and others.
At present, a significant part of the door panels structurally consists of a frame made of bars, inside of which there is a filler, this structure is sheathed on two sides with panels, the outer surfaces of which are decorated with a veneer of valuable wood species, tinted, covered with material - coating: PVC film, eco-veneer, veneer and others.
It is known that decorating the door leaf, the horizontal section of which is a rectangle, is an important stage of the technological process and is carried out by gluing the facing material on the front door panels, and then gluing the edge on the ends of the door leaf, which is a difficult and time-consuming operation. At the same time, joints of parts of the facing material are formed on the ends, which can cause the following negative consequences: the facing material at the joints may partially or completely peel off, for example, in cases where the ends are wiped from dust with a rag; during the operation of the finished product, moisture will enter the joints of the facing material, which will negatively affect the quality of the product. For example, the door leaf can "twist", that is, deform.
The specified defects will lead to a violation of the external aesthetic appearance of the product.
A door leaf is known from the state of the art (Patent KO Mo 189859, МПК ЕО6В 3/30, ЕОБВ 3/70, publ. 06.06.2019), in which oak, beech and other types of hardwood veneer are used to finish the ends of the door leaf wood The veneer is attached to the ends (vertical and horizontal) using an adhesive material - glue. Despite the fact that the veneer is a material with high strength characteristics, it can also peel off during operation.
Відомий спосіб кріплення гнучкого матеріалу до рамкової конструкції, описаний у винаході "Універсальна декоративна підвісна рамкова стельова і стінна система" (Патент КО Мо 2658927,A known method of attaching flexible material to a frame structure, described in the invention "Universal decorative suspended frame ceiling and wall system" (Patent KO Mo 2658927,
9/06, submission date 06/26/2018), which contains profiled longitudinal and transverse rails that form a frame cell closed in outline, on which decorative panels with
Made of flexible material. The disadvantage of this method of fastening the flexible material is the use of improvised tools for pressing the mounting harness, which complicates the process of simultaneous tensioning and fixing of the flexible material by one person.
From the state of the art, there is a known method of manufacturing box shapes from non-metallic materials for facing metal doors, structures and furniture (Patent OA Mo 93051, МПК ЕОЕВ 3/00, publ. 10.09.2014), in which initially the details for forming the box shape are made mainly of wood-fiber boards of medium density of finely dispersed fraction (DDF) or wood fiber boards (DVP), or chipboards (chipboards), are subjected to mechanical processing to size, then on the ends of the joined parts, end chamfers are performed at an angle (0.5 s), equal to half angle c, preferably equal to -907, for the formation of M-shaped grooves, on the mold parts located with the end bevels of the M-shaped grooves downward, polymer glue is applied from above and dried on racks, after which the mold parts are stacked with the butted ends to each other without the gap and the end bevels of the M-shaped grooves down on the table of the vacuum press and cover them from above with a covering layer - an elastic decorative film, mainly fields inyl chloride (PVC) on top of the polymer glue, then according to the technological cycle of the vacuum press, thermal heating and vacuuming are performed, as a result of which the PVC film is glued to the end and outer surfaces of the mold parts, after the vacuuming and cooling cycle, the excess PVC film is cut off around the perimeter of the mold parts, the parts of the form that are fastened with polymer glue to the PVC film with the end bevels of the U-shaped grooves are turned up, after which wood glue is applied to the end bevels of the M-like grooves of the joined parts of the form, and then the side parts are turned relative to the adjacent part (facade) of the form along the lines of the formed elastic hinges - jumpers made of PVC film and tightly pressed to each other in the places of corner joints, fastened with staples using, for example, a stapler, and held until complete polymerization of the polymer glue, hardening of the wood glue, the formation of an adhesive corner joint of the parts and formation of the design box shape. Although in the known method, the PVC film is glued to the end surfaces of the mold parts without visible joining defects, but the joining points still exist. That is, if there are joints, the facing material in the joints may partially or completely peel off; during the operation of the finished product, moisture will enter the joints of the facing material, which will negatively affect the quality of the product. For example, the door leaf can "twist", that is, deform. This solution is chosen as a close analogue.
The useful model is based on the task of developing a new method of connecting two parts of the facing material to the parts, for example on the end sides of the door leaf, in which by means of new actions, namely, by fixing the ends of the facing material in the groove (additionally made on the end sides) with the help of fixing elements, it is possible to make the facing material peel off from the base at the point of the joint or connection, it makes it difficult for moisture to get to the base of the part (product), and the aesthetic appearance of the product is ensured.
The task is solved by the fact that the proposed method of connecting two parts of the facing material to the part, which includes the preliminary manufacture of the part of a certain shape and size, followed by covering the base of the part with the facing material to obtain the finished product, according to the useful model, before the stage of covering with the facing material additionally, on the end sides of the part, a groove is made along the entire perimeter of the part, the ends of the facing material are placed in the above-mentioned groove on both sides, then a fixing element is inserted into the above-mentioned groove, the width of which does not exceed the width of the above-mentioned groove, and it is fixed.
In addition, a decorative plug rail made of elastic material, or a metal or wooden rail is used as a fixing element.
In addition, the depth of the groove is from 2 to 50 mm, and the width is from 2 to 50 mm.
A useful model is explained by the drawings, where in Fig. And Fig. 16 shows a cross-section of a part with a groove made on the end face, in Fig. 2 - a cross-section of the part with a groove on the end face and a fixing element in the form of a plug rail, in Fig. C is a cross-section of a part with a groove on the end face and a fixing element in the form of a wooden or metal rail, and illustrative material, where in Fig. 4 shows an example of a manufactured part with a groove made on the end side, in Fig. 5 - an example of a manufactured part with inserted ends of the facing material on both sides of the groove, in Fig. 6 - an example of a manufactured part with a fixing element inserted into the groove.
In the context of the proposed useful model, a detail means a door leaf,
A furniture facade or other product that needs to be covered with facing material on all sides, including the end faces.
The proposed method is explained by the following implementation example.
The door leaf 1 according to predetermined dimensions is manufactured on known equipment by any known method. In order to give this part a finished look, you need to cover it with facing material. This material can be multi-colored PVC film, eco veneer, veneer and other suitable materials.
According to the proposed method, first, a groove 2 is made on the part 1T on the end (horizontal and vertical) sides З (as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 4). The dimensions and shape of the groove 2 are chosen depending on which fixing element will be used in the future. It is desirable that the depth of the groove is from 2 to 50 mm, and the width is from 2 to 50 mm. Next, the door leaf 1 is covered with the required material (for example, a PVC film), for this, a vacuum press or equipment for wrapping parts using adhesives is used.
The edges of the coating are wrapped in the prepared groove 1 (as shown in Fig. 5). And from any corner of the parts, the fixing element begins to be inserted (as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3), fixing the edges of the film in the groove (as shown in Fig. 6). Such a fixing element can be a decorative rail 4 - a plug made of rubber, plastic, PVC, silicone, polyurethane and others; metal or wooden rail 5 of rectangular shape. The dimensions of the fixing element are selected depending on the dimensions of the groove. A necessary condition is that the fixing element fits tightly to the inner walls of the groove.
Unlike a close analogue, the manufacture of which includes many operations related to fixing the decorative film on the ends of the product, which requires a lot of time and effort, in the proposed useful model, the complexity of the reliable connection of two parts of the facing material is reduced many times.
In addition, the junction of two parts of the facing material will always be hidden from the influence of the environment and human intervention, and as a result, the product will serve for a long time.
The proposed useful model can be widely used in all cases when the part is decorated with cladding, for example, in the manufacture of panel door panels, in particular, in the manufacture of blanks for panels based on panel panels, and furniture facades.
The proposed method makes it possible to facilitate the technological process of decorating products, to increase labor productivity in the manufacture of such products, to improve their aesthetic perception and to extend the useful life.
