Abstract

Винахід стосується системи для перетворення вихідної сировини, такої як біомаса або органічні відходи, у біогаз. Система містить перший реактор для здійснення амоніфікації збагаченої азотом сировини та одержання аміачного дигестату, систему для видалення азоту з дигестату, другий реактор для одержання біогазу з дигестату зі зниженим вмістом аміаку або зі збагаченої вуглецем або азотом вихідної сировини, засоби для доставки продуктів переробки між елементами системи, засоби для контролю за статусом азоту і засоби для керування розподілом сировини в перший або другий реактор для підтримки статусу азоту у другому реакторі в межах оптимального діапазону. Завдяки контролю статусу азоту й можливості розподілу сировини, система забезпечує одержання біогазу з мінімальними експлуатаційними витратами.
