Abstract

Спосіб одержання пектинових речовин включає екстракцію рослинної сировини, концентрування, осадження та сушіння пектину. Як рослинну сировину використовують шрот плодів глоду, отриманий після видалення водорозчинних полісахаридів. Екстракцію здійснюють гарячою сумішшю аргініну у кількості 3 % від маси сировини та полівінілпіролідону у кількості 12 % від маси сировини, у співвідношенні сировина-екстрагент 1:6-1:10 при нагріванні протягом 2 годин та відстоюванні протягом 24 годин з наступною двократною обробкою гарячою водою з додаванням аргініну у кількості 1 % від маси сировини при співвідношенні сировина-екстрагент 1:10, обробкою об'єднаних витягів трьома обсягами 96 % етанолу.The method of obtaining pectic substances involves the extraction of vegetable raw materials, concentration, precipitation and drying of pectin.
