Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to anesthesiology and surgery and may be used for the infiltration anesthesia. The method is implemented as follows: the point puncture is performed with the needle 0.18-32 G mm. The syringe with the flexible blunt cannula is then inserted into the generated opening. The side surface of the cannula contains the perforations equaling the diameter of the needle. The cannula is pushed into the soft tissues down to the area requiring anesthesia. The anesthetic solution is administered in sliding or/and linear-retrograde mode keeping within the puncture site with the cannula being left at the depth of 2-3 mm. Then the syringe with the cannula is turned in the required direction in a fan-shaped manner at the angle of 30-45° resulting in the repeated administration of the anesthetic solution until the compete treatment of the area subjected to anesthesia.
