The invention relates to food industry and is intended for preparation protein- and fat-rich additive from soya beans. A method for producing soya protein- and fat-rich additive provides for holding soya beans in water solution and thermal treatment under pressure. Hulled beans are subject to holding in two stages: at the first stage - in water under 30-40 °C, at the second stage - in 3-5 % sodium chloride solution under 70-100 °C.
