Abstract

The invention relates to the industry of refractory materials, namely to the production of unmolded and molded refractory. High-refractory mass contains, weight %: 50-60 of granular stabilized zirconium dioxide with maximum size of grains of 5 mm of fractions of 5-2, 2-0.5, 0.5-0.1 mm at their ratio from 09:0.6:0.3 to 1:0.7:0.4; 40-50 mixture of mixed grinding of stabilized zirconium dioxide with content of particles of 0.015-0.070 mm size, more than 80 % and monoclinic zirconium dioxide with content of particles of 0.004-0.006 mm size, more than 90 % at their ratio from 0.9:0.1 to 1:0.3; 2.5-3.5 (more than 100 % against the main component content by P2O5) of orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.6-1.7 g/cm3. The invention provides the formation of unmolded and molded refractory with high thermal stability and high compression strength of unburnt as well as burnt at temperature of 1750 °C.
