Abstract
Спосіб переробки буряку включає промивку буряку; часткове віджимання буряку для отримання, з одного боку, віджатого жому, що містить більше 20 % цукрів з розрахунку на сухі речовини, і, з іншого боку, бурякового соку з концентрацією більше 15 % сухих речовин; причому проводять розділення віджатого жому і бурякового соку фільтрацією бурякового соку шляхом центрифугування для одержання, з одного боку, фільтрпресового коржа й, з іншого боку, фільтрованого бурякового соку, змішування фільтрпресового коржа з віджатим жомом і/або змішування приблизно 1 % флокулянта з буряковим соком або фільтрованим буряковим соком, та мембранну фільтрацію зазначеної суміші для одержання ретентату і фільтрату, де зазначений фільтрат є фільтрованим буряковим соком із чистотою не менше 93 %, змішування ретентату з віджатим жомом. Також винахід належить до тваринного корму, живильного середовища ферментації і харчового цукру на основі продуктів, отриманих за допомогою способу переробки буряку.
