Abstract
Способ производства пива путем добавления материала дробины хмеля во время производства пива, в котором стильбены и флавоноиды, которые содержатся в материале дробины хмеля, действуют как гасители кислорода во время технологического процесса после указанного добавления. Это обеспечивает улучшенную стабильность вкуса пива, причем стильбены, присутствующие в пиве, придают ему дополнительные антиоксидантные свойства, обеспечивая полезные эффекты для здоровья потребителя.
