Abstract

A wind power plant includes a windmill with horizontal axis of rotation that includes an impeller placed in front of the prop, with blades, generator, rotary unit. The installation additionally includes a mechanism for control of angles of installation of blades that turn with respect to the long axis represented by a system of interacting springs one of which is fixed on the rotary shaft of the impeller and is placed in parallel to its axis of rotation, and the other one – in the support section of the mechanism connected to the rotary shaft of the impeller and placed normally with respect to the axis of rotation of the impeller, levers that are hinged to each other and the levers that at one side are rigidly fixed on the butt section of each of the blades, and at the other side – on the bearing section of the mechanism, between the bearing section and the lever of that one a synchronizer is fixed. Additionally installation includes a mechanism for switch-on of generator drive, this is arranged as a V-belt gearing that comprises a drive pulley placed in the upper section of the prop, at the side of the head of the wind-driven power plant, connected to a toothed conical gearing, and driven pulley placed on the shaft of generator and connected to the shaft of power takeoff. The plant additionally includes the mechanism of manual braking represented by a system of interacting levers that are hinged to hand brake and fixed at one side on the shaft of rotary unit, and at the other side – on the prop, and a spring that is fixed on the shaft of the rotary unit.
