Abstract

The invention relates to metal forming and can be used for forging ingots and billets of different steels and alloys. A four-striker forging device for forging presses comprises a system for grease supply to sliding pairs formed by antifriction plates mounted on inclined planes of striker holders. The system for grease supply comprises a container for grease, a pump, hoses and channels made in the holders of lateral strikers and antifriction plates. The pump cylinder is attached on the lateral surface of the holder of lower striker and the pump piston is secured on the lateral surface of the holder of upper striker with possibility of its movement in the cylinder at movements of the holder of upper striker and with possibility of adjustment of its position relative to the holder of upper striker. The container for grease is connected to the cylinder through a valve and the cylinder is connected to the channels of holders of lateral strikers and antifriction plates also through a valve. The invention simplifies the system for grease supply, which does not require an additional source of electrical energy.
