Abstract

A threshing mechanism comprises a rotor of an oblong shape, mounted in such a manner as to allow rotating around the axis of the rotor in a rotor case on a combined harvester. Said rotor has a threshing part and a separating part. Said case has a threshing section and a separating section, which correspond to the threshing and separating parts of the rotor. The case surrounds the rotor and is arranged at a distance from the rotor, forming a circular space between the rotor and the case, through which the compressed material can move in the axial direction from the inlet end of the case to the outlet end of the case. The rear part of the rotor narrows backwards, in order to increase the volume at the outlet of the rotor case. The combined harvester with the rotary threshing mechanism, which comprises the case, which surrounds the rotor for determining the volume of the space between the rotor and case and shifts the processed materials of the outlet end of the stated case. The first part of the outlet end of the rotor is made as a radial cone, and blades are mounted on the outlet end of said rotor. Said rotor comprises the second part of said outlet end of the rotor, where the mentioned second part comprises a cone widening radially. The mentioned second part is adjacent to the mentioned first part and is adjacent to the mentioned outlet.
