Abstract

A functional leggings including an elastic fabric trouser and at least one breathable membrane disposed onto the elastic fabric trouser is provided. The elastic fabric trouser is suited for being worn on at least a portion of human feet. The at least one breathable membrane forms at least one pattern corresponding to at least one muscle group so as to stress and support the muscle group.
